Biscuits N' Gravy, March 4: Victor Wanyama to Montreal, Arlo White to Chicago

March 4, 2020

It's a #WallPassWednesday on today's show, send in your questions via Twitter to @SoccerDownHere and listen live starting at 9am. You can listen here on the homepage or on the SDH app.

The big news yesterday in MLS was the signing of Victor Wanyama by the Montreal Impact. Injury concerns are real, but the Impact have added a talented veteran to a group that has had a great start in 2020.

The Chicago Fire also made news with their announcement that their TV broadcasts on WGN-TV will be delivered by Arlo White and Tony Meola. When White has Premier League or Olympics duties, he will be replaced by Tyler Terens.

Some morning reading:

* 5 things learned in Week 1 from Charles Boehm.

* When a European player does it, it's okay I guess... an article about why players hop on penalty kicks.

Song of the Day:

One of the legends of R&B, Bobby Womack, was born on this day in 1944. This song was a hit from the soundtrack and movie of the same name.
