Atlanta United 2 is back on the road to face off against Chattanooga FC at Finley Stadium today at 7:00 p.m.

Chattanooga is coming into this match after a 4-1 loss at Crown Legacy FC May 15 and will be searching for a win against their Southeastern rivals.

The 2's are coming off of their first road win of the season in a 3-2 shootout win over Huntsville City FC at Joe Davis Stadium on May 18. Midfielder Javier Armas netted his fourth goal of the 2024 season. Academy defender and Army commit Miles Hadley opened his scoring account to make it 2-0. Huntsville was able to pull a goal back when Forster Ajago found the net. Karim Tmimi earned his third goal of the year, and Ajago made it 3-2, but Huntsville wasn’t able to find the equalizer.

In their last meeting, Atlanta beat Chattanooga at Fifth Third Stadium by a score of 1-0 on April 24, 2024. Javier Armas was the only goal scorer of the match when he converted a penalty in the first half. Atlanta United goalkeeper Josh Cohen also made his club debut in the clean sheet win.
